Seasonal Meditation Series: Winter Stillness
Studies have shown that a regular meditation practice can train us to focus better, and reduce anxiety by calming our minds and bodies. Cornell Plantations presents a new series of seasonal meditation workshops to help you cultivate your own inner garden and plant the seeds of wellbeing in your life. Within the beautiful and tranquil environs of the botanical garden, each session will include instruction and meditation experience, while tuning in to the season’s natural rhythms and cycles. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn how to create a new meditation practice, or an advanced meditator looking to rejuvenate your existing practice, each of these sessions will provide a unique experience to guide you on your pathway to enhanced wellbeing.
In the winter session, we’ll go within to embrace calmness, seek balance, and listen to the silence.
